January 30, 2025 Dear Parents, Parent and teacher conferences provide an opportunity for you, your child, and your child’s teacher to meet and review your child’s progress. Our goal is to meet with as many parents as possible. In order to provide opportunities for parents, we are asking that meetings be held to ten to fifteen minutes. If you are unable to attend conferences during these times, or you would like additional time to meet with all teachers, please let us know; we can contact you via email or phone to arrange for another opportunity to talk. Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, February 6th and Friday, February 7th. Students will be released at 11:45 on these days. Conferences are on a drop-in basis; no appointments are scheduled. You may meet with all or some of your child’s teachers. Teachers are located for conferences in the following locations. 6th Grade 6th grade teachers will be in the MPR. Mrs. Evans (Counselor) will be in the MPR with 6th grade. 7th and 8th Grade 7th and 8th grade teachers will be in the gymnasium. Mrs. Hammer (Student Services Coordinator) will be in the gymnasium. Mrs. Locke (Behavior Specialist) will be in the gymnasium. Specialists PE (Mr. Gonzalez, Mrs. Mack), ELP (Mrs. Ramos) will be in the ELP classroom off of the library. Band (Mr. Constantine) will be in the band room. Art (Mrs. Barrett) will be in the art room.
