We are quickly approaching the time for Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences! For Fall conferences, it is our hope that we get to visit with all families!
September 14th and 15th have been designated as P/T Conference days. Students will be dismissed at noon both days. If you have any change in transportation for your student, please call the front office at 520-879-2302.
Conferences can be conducted in-person, virtually, or via phone.
Please refer to the information below regarding how to sign-up for your student’s conference. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you’re having trouble signing up.

Thursday: September 14th @ 1-6:40pm
Friday, September 15th @ 1-2:40pm
We will be using PTC Fast to set up conferences.
Families may select an In-Person Option, Video Virtual Option, or Phone Call Option.
How to sign-up for Parent-Teacher Conferences
Step 1: Go to: https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Desert_Willow_Elementary_6
Step 2: Here you will find a screen that looks like this.
Step 3: Once you click the teacher’s name, you will see a screen like this. Here is where you will select the times and whether or not you want an in-person, virtual video-conference, or phone conference. Please put your child’s name in the fields below and if you are requesting to do a video virtual conference, put the last name with a dash then the word “video” or “phone” if requesting a phone conference.
In-person Example: Last name: Smith
First name: David
Video Example: Last Name: Smith-video

Phone Example: Last name: Smith-phone

** If you have selected a Video Virtual Conference (by typing “video” next to your child’s name), the classroom teacher will email you the link for the video virtual conference. If you selected “phone” the teacher will call you at your scheduled time.
