We are quickly approaching the time for Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences!
September 16th and 17th have been designated as P/T Conference days. Students will be dismissed at noon both days.
Conferences can be conducted in-person, virtually using Schoology’s Big Blue Button, or via phone.
Please refer to the information below regarding how to sign-up for your student’s conference. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you’re having trouble signing up.

Teachers will be sharing Q1 report cards with you at the conference.

It is Parent-Teacher Conference Time Thursday: September 16 @ 1-6:40pm Friday, September 17 @ 1-3:20pm We will be using PTC Fast to set up conferences. Families may select an In-Person Option, Video Virtual Option (using Big Blue Button), or Phone Call Option.
How to sign-up for Parent-Teacher Conferences
Step 1: Go to: https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Desert_Willow_Elementary_6 Step 2: Here you will find a screen that looks like this. Select your child's teacher.
Step 3: Once you click the teacher’s name, you will see a screen like this. Here is where you will select the times and whether or not you want an in-person, virtual video-conference, or phone conference. Please type your child’s name in the fields below and if you are requesting to do a video virtual conference, type the last name with a dash then the word “video” or “phone” if requesting a phone conference.

Phone Example: Last name: Smith-phone First name: David
In-person Example: Last name-:Smith First name: David
** If you have selected a Video Virtual Conference (by typing “video” next to your child’s name), the classroom teacher will email you the link for the video virtual conference, using BigBlueButton. If you selected “phone” the teacher will call you at your scheduled time.
